Order Processing
All orders are processed and verified within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation, excluding weekends and holidays. Orders placed after 12 PM EST will be processed on the next business day. During peak seasons and promotional events, order processing may require additional time.
Shipping Methods and Timeframes

Shipping timeframes begin from the date of shipment confirmation and exclude order processing time. Delivery dates are estimates and not guaranteed, as carrier delays may occasionally occur.
Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to all 50 United States and Puerto Rico. International shipping is available to select countries. Additional customs fees, duties, and taxes may apply to international orders and are the responsibility of the recipient.
Shipping Costs

Multiple Shipments
If your order contains multiple items that ship from different locations, you may receive separate shipments. You will only be charged the standard shipping rate for your entire order, regardless of how many shipments are required.
Address Verification
Please ensure your shipping address is complete and accurate before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided during checkout. Address corrections after order shipment may incur additional fees.
Delivery Issues
If you experience issues with your delivery, please first check your tracking information for current status updates. For packages marked as delivered that you have not received, please check with neighbors and your local post office. Contact our customer service team within 7 days of the recorded delivery date for assistance with unresolved delivery problems.

Package Acceptance
By placing an order, you authorize the delivery carrier to leave your package at the shipping address without requiring a signature, unless you specifically request signature confirmation during checkout.
International Customs
International customers are responsible for all customs declarations, import duties, and taxes. We accurately declare the full value of all shipments and cannot mark items as gifts or alter declared values.
